What do I actually get back?
An investor-grade read on your business from a partner, whether or not we invest — plus, if it’s a fit, a direct conversation about capital and access.
How much do you invest?
A $25K first check to start. For high-conviction deals we’ll lead or fill up to $1M in the round through an SPV — a low-friction entry that scales with our conviction.
What if I’m not raising yet?
Apply anyway, or stay on our radar. We’d rather know you early — a lot of the best founders reach us before the round.
Is this exclusive? Do I owe you anything?
No exclusivity, no fee, no obligation. Applying doesn’t commit you to anything, and you keep every option open.
Do you sign an NDA?
Your materials are confidential by default and never shared outside 3P. We’re glad to discuss an NDA for anything especially sensitive.
Is connecting my financials safe?
Yes. Revenue connects through Stripe and banking through Plaid — both read-only. Your login credentials go straight to them, never to us; we can see the numbers but can never move funds, and you can disconnect any source anytime. Don’t take our word for it — read Stripe’s and Plaid’s own security pages.
